Café Don Juan is fantastic spot in Winter Park for a complete breakfast, coffee meeting or espresso stop. I've enjoyed the French toast and pumpkin pancakes when I've stopped in for a full breakfast. Beautiful presentation with a generous helping of fruit is the way to my heart. They also have grab and go pastries. You cannot go wrong with a guava and cheese empanada! This is definitely the place for sweet coffee drinkers. The lattes are sweet and the season specials are decadent. This is how I enjoy my coffee, so it's perfect for me. The staff is sweet and happy to offer recommendations. They clearly take their coffee craft seriously!
Such good food! We went here as a part of my birthday celebration (and they gave me a 10% discount). I ordered some eggs for my baby boy and brought him close to their Christmas tree. This place is always so pretty and clean, and servers are always friendly and inviting.
Omg I had a delicious avocado egg bacon onion and lettuce on a pan sobao unbelievably delicious morso couldn't ask for a better way to start my morning accompanied with a delicious chia latte tea-restaurant was very nice they had a table decorated with real beans which I thought was sooo cool. Service was very nice the girls bought our food to the table and were very pleasant. The ambiance was nice playing nice music
Excellent Puerto Rican cafe with truly delicious coffee. Excellent service and the atmosphere is fantastic. The bread reminded me of the place I went to near Yabucoa, PR. A spot that opens from midnight to 6:00am and draws crowds every night. The Cortado was so delicious, I had to buy another one to go. I will be sure to take some of the coffee home. The cafe is beautifully decorated and has a very nice outdoor patio, and they love dogs so you can bring your pup with you to the patio only though. A great place for a visit when you're in the area. Winter Park is not what people come to Orlando for but if you've been to Disney and you had enough of it, there are many other great places to visit in the Orlando area. This one included.
Cafe Don Juan in Winter Park came highly recommended by the folks at Firestone down the street, so I decided to stop in and see if it lived up to the hype while waiting on the car. The coffee menu felt a little basic at first (I admit I am bougie with coffee), but I went for a mocha latte, paired with a Nutella Brownie. The brownie, unfortunately, tasted more like someone forgot the Nutella entirely. It was a bit bitter, a tad flour-heavy, and had a slight refrigerator aftertaste. The frosting was decent, but it could not quite cover up the missing Nutella flavor I was hoping for. On the bright side, the latte was a pleasant surprise. It arrived with a cute little heart in the foam, was lightly sweet, and the espresso had a smooth, light body that went down easy. I would absolutely order it again, though I would skip the brownie next time. If I find myself around Winter Park, I might stop by again for another latte fix, but I will probably think twice before diving back into their pastries. The service was amazing. As my first time, she was very patient with me making last minute choices, and brought out the items with a smile. And they kept the tables nice and clean which is a huge win.
